California Fire Prevention Organization is the newest unit of The Safe Community Project, a California non-profit public benefit charity corporation. California Fire Prevention Organization joins MySafe:LA as the latest entity focusing on professional fire and life safety education, awareness, and training.

We invite you to visit the blog often. Our content will change in a constant manner, with new series and editorial content appearing every week or so. See the communities we visit, the drills and presentations we deliver, and the educational materials we provide. Use them for your own benefit – and tell a friend to stop by as well.

About Us

The California Fire Prevention Organization is a Non-Profit 501(c)(3) public benefit organization. We partner with cities, fire agencies and other non-profits throughout the State to deliver services and programs designed to bolster community resilience. Our wildfire, fire safety, earthquake, and first aid education, and training will save lives, and help to build a stronger California. We operate with grants and gifts, and do not take funds from a fire department’s general fund. Our highly trained members are first responders (EMS, FIRE, Etc.) and work diligently to support the communities in which we work.
